Further to completing the form I would like to add that we were exceptionally pleased with the work carried out, there were no breakages or damages to our furniture and we found unpacking really easy as the boxes had been well labelled. Everything was as it should be.

Dear Trek Removals,

What can I say ? I have been involved in a service industry for most of my working life. In my experience people are all to quick to write to complain when things go wrong, but rarely take the time to write to say 'well done" when things go well.

Terry and Ian did a great job with the move on Monday. Friendly, courteous, and very helpful (not to mention amusing) right from the start.

They say that moving is one of the most stressful things in life - well you made it that little bit less stressful.

Just a quick note to thank-you and your wonderful staff for all your help with my move.

Your guys worked themselves to a standstill! I don't know how they kept going for so long without a break. They remained cheerful and helpful throughout their very long day and were most polite and considerate.

Please let them know that the cat who caused so much trauma by falling asleep under the kitchen units and getting 'plumbed in', is very happy in her new home and made no attempt to run away.
