We want your move to be a positive experience, and have you feel comfortable in every step of the removals process.  We appreciate the enormity of moving your entire life’s contents from A to B.

Moving Steps

Step 1: Contact Trek by using the contact form below, or by calling our office on 0800 1389 242.   We will organise a meeting for you with one of our Removals Consultants.

Step 2: Meet with the Removals Consultant.  You will be able to specify exactly what needs to be moved, so we can get a clear understanding of your individual move and discuss the access, parking and amount of packaging material you will need. We will also discuss with you your individual PACKING ARRANGEMENTS.

Step 3: Your Removals Consultant will then email you your quote for the move, together with details of how your move will be performed on the day. Please read this carefully and ask any questions you may have.

Step 4: Book your move day with our office, either by email, or over the phone. We will send you a confirmation email with the date, time and name of the team leader who will be responsible for your move on the day.

Step 5: Now that your move is planned with Trek, you can feel comfortable, knowing we are on the case, and you can also get active in making sure you are ready for your big day with our helpful CHECK LIST.

Step 6: Our team will pitch up on your chosen day, help you move and make sure everything runs smoothly.
